General T.O.S
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR NEGLECT TO READ MY TERMS OF SERVICE. BREACH OF ANYTHING ON THIS FORM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND YOU WILL BE PLACED ON A BLACKLIST. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO RETAIN MY TERMS OF SERVICE AS AN ARTIST.PSA - I am not gonna come on here and throw my whole life story onto my TOS because its not all relevant and i wont waste your time. BUT it is very apparent when people DON’T read my TOS and it happens too often and i am SOOOO TIRED OF REPEATING MYSELF. I am not a corporate operated business. I do not work like a robot, i do not take commissions like a robot. I am 21 and a human being. I cuss, i am upfront and blunt, and have every right to be this way because it is my art! and my page! i will not allow people to be rude to me. if you want blind customer service visit me at my day job. but this is MY job and I am MY OWN BOSS. so i will not tolerate being talked down to. SECOND OF ALL. I have 3 jobs including art - one i work 40+ hours a week at (main full time job) and the other is 2 weeks straight 2 weeks off aswell as college again soon (full time too) so i obviously cannot possibly offer all of my time to art. another kicker! i also have epilepsy & systemic lupus & sometimes cannot get out of bed - i have a million dr appointments and i am constantly sick because i am immunocompromised. what is systemic lupus and why is it relevant to my art? it is debilitating and has single handily ruined my joints (rheumatoid arthritis and degenerative connective tissue disorder) and sent me into renal failure at 21 (current) and i am dealing with 9 million other agonizing symptoms of this disability. art is not always my priority, my health is. so TAT’s may be estimates because i cant always predict my bad days. please understand that it is labeled as a disability because it is DEBILITATING.if you have any questions PLEASE DM ME MY DMS ARE ALWAYS OPENNNNNNN.
- I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, without providing an explanation.- I DO NOT DO REFUNDS. (This includes adopts, designs, and commissions). The only circumstance in which i will provide a refund, is if i am unable to complete your commission or i offer it to you. I am not a bank account, if you commission me you will receive your art.
I can take anywhere between same day, and sometimes even weeks or months to complete a commission.
I do NOT TOLERATE BEING RUSHED OR BEING GIVEN DEADLINES UNLESS A RUSH FEE HAS BEEN ACCEPTED AND DISCUSSED PRIOR TO PAYMENT. If the commission is wanted / needed by a certain date, a rush fee can be discussed. If a rush fee has not been DISCUSSED and APPROVED , i will not tolerate being given a deadline.- Do NOT remove my watermark for ANY reason. I will not provide un-watermarked versions of my art.
- I will not redo a commission, or change anything past the stage of shading without additional payment. (if said drawing is already being shaded, no changes will be made, since sketch was already approved if i am at this stage). I will usually send wips, in which i ask you if the sketch/pose/expression fits what you were looking for. If i accedentilly forget a marking, that will be on me and i'll happily change it for you! but if you change the character or pose/expression after you've already approved the sketch i will either a)refuse your request and continue with the original approved concept, or b) charge a fee for the major changes.
- I WILL NOT change my style for a commission, please don't ask me to replicate or reference any other artists style, your commission request will be denied.
- Please refrain from reposting my artwork (even if it's a commission) on anything other than toyhouse (with full credit ofc). This way i can avoid scammers and art theft. If you see my art or designs posted anywhere other than toyhouse or MY instagram feed, please contact me immediately.
- DO NOT Steal, claim, copy, or redistribute my work without credit. You will be black listed, and if necessary i will take legal action. I do not permit tracing or heavy referencing on any of my artwork or design's.
- This applies to any art from me, please be patient with me. I have a queue where you can see live updates of your commission. I have SLE, epilepsy, and have 2 jobs outside of art so when you commission me please be mindful of the fact that im a human and your commission may take a while. your art WILL BE COMPLETED. If i believe i will not be able to complete your commission, or it is taking an unreasonable amount of time, i will message you and refund you.
- Do not consistently message me for updates on your commission. I have a trello that show's live updates on all of my queue. I do post personal art + adopts in-between commissions, but that doesn't mean i won't work on your commission : )
- I will draw nsfw/suggestive art, however these commission option's are only avalible through my NSFW COMMISSION FORM to ensure that my customer's are above the age of 18

- Full payment must be sent before i add you to my queue, after payment is verified i will add you to my trello.

NSFW TOS
- I will NOT draw feral nsfw, or replicate animal genatalia, if this is requested you will be blocked. Zoos are not tolerated. it is disgusting.- Proof of age is REQUIRED before even beginning discussion of the commission request, you're required to submit your id WITH YOUR DOB SHOWING with a piece of paper behind it with your written username to protect me and minor's from unwarrented spread of nsfw art work. you can blur/cover sensitive information like legal name, address, ect. but DOB MUST be fully visable.*MY TOS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME. IT IS UNLIKELY THAT I WILL ALTER MY TERMS OF SERVICE - BUT IN THE EVENT THAT I DO, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO SO.8

DESIGN TOS

BY PURCHASING A DESIGN, CUSTOM, OR ADOPTABLE, YOU HAVE READ, AND ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH, THE FOLLOWING GUIDLINES

Payment
- When you claim an adopt/design slot, you must have enough to pay for said slot (unless you're on a payment plan)
- Please do not delete bids/offers. ONLY OFFER what you are able to pay
- Payment plans are accepted, though the deadline + amount must be discussed and approved before offer/bid is placed. Feel free to DM me if you'd like to set up a payment plan on an adopt!
- I do holds for 24 hours at max, if you fail to complete that deadline, said character will be sold to someone else
- I have the right to revoke a design of mine (this will ONLY happen if design was unrightfully stolen, you have failed to meet my t.o.s guidelines, or you have filed a chargeback)
- To avoid scams, I will not sell to accounts with 0 posts, followers, or following.Design
- Once the character is yours, feel free to change name, gender, personality, ect! As for the design, minor changes are acceptable but please make sure they are still noticeably the original design. If you are unsure of which category your re-design falls under, don't hesitate to contact me and ask me if it's okay
- You CAN commission other artists to do a redesign of the character you own but you may NOT sell the old design seperatley.
- DO NOT create breedable charts or siblings based off of said design. An alt. form is permitted, but may NOT be sold separately
- If you commission or create nsfw/pornography of one of my designs, this is perfectly fine, they're yours. Though i ask you abide by the law and do NOT make them under age
- Do not copy/steal any of my designs, color picking is OKAY no one owns colors, but please refrain from creating directly inspired designs. There should be noticeable features to distinguish the difference between my design and yours.Selling/trading my designs
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE MY DESIGNS OFF OF TOYHOUSE
- If you need a toyhouse code for someone who is purchasing a design of my from you, please ask me. do not take the character off of toyhouse.
- Do not sell designs by me for more than what you paid for unless you have added art (via commission or personal).
- Do not sell my designs that have been gifted to you unless there is additional art added after said exchange.
- If you got a design of mine via trade or art, do NOT sell them for any currency. You may only trade them for other characters or art.
- Commissioned art along with personally created art does add value to said design, though gifted/won art does NOT.

- Q: What program(s) do you use?
A: I use procreate
- Q: What tablet + computer do you use?
A: I currently use an ipad air 13 inch and an apple pencil pro
- Q: What brushes do you use and where can I find them?
A: I use the default brushes that come with procreate, but I'm actively on the lookout for new one's!
- Q: Why Haven't you responded to my messages/private DM's?
A: My DM's are often flooded and it takes alot of time and energy to reply to all of them, but I promise i'll get back to you asap!
- Q: Can you draw me/my oc for free?
A: No, not unless you are looking to commission me. I do not do free art unless it is gift art for friends.
- Q: Can we do an art trade?
A: I am usually not open for art trades and when I am I will make a post about it.
